WAJ, vernacular for “voice,” is an independent online news platform created by a collective of journalists and development practitioners. Our mission is simple yet urgent: to give space to the real stories of people—consumers, farmers, and marginalized communities—whose struggles and aspirations often remain unheard in mainstream news.
